While googling, I have found some websites where people write their complaints against various companies including Telecom Operators. The complaints are quite intersting to read. It is amazing that lot of people have similar kind problems, complaints against customer care!

The website maybe modest, but is actually very very active in real life. They have logged, followed up and won many cases in the consumer court and also help out consumers with all the legal aspects of fighting a consumer case.
