As per recent news, TRAI ( Telecom regulatory authority of India) will allow mobile subscribers to post complaints in there website www.trai.gov.in .
This is an welcome step and if implemented properly, it will be great help for addressing any customer grievances.
Here is the news :
NEW DELHI: Empowering India’s 500 million plus mobile users, the country’s telecom regulator has decided to set up an online customer redressal mechanism, providing a platform for dissatisfied consumers to express their complaints against their service providers.
Put simply, any customer can log on to this web-based system, that will be maintained by Trai, to register complaints, violations or any other grievance against their mobile operator. This independent platform will work on a real-time basis, implying that the operator in question will immediately get the complaint, a top Trai official told ET.
This official also added that this system would enable Trai to monitor if customer grievances were being addressed. “We can then see as to what per cent of customer complaints are addressed,” the Trai official explained.

I shall be highly oblige if you let me know the rules for filling the Customer Application Form fo new Mobile Connection in details as
1. Regarding over writting
2. Size of paper of Identity (maximum,Minimum)
3. Visibality of Identity Card(In this matter I want to say you that all of the most voter ID in West Bengal are very poor in picture and for that reason the xerox copy of ID is not proper visible.I am saying that there is a face of a man only)
4. When we fill the form it is possible that we make mistake in this situation what should have to do.
5.When some one sign it is also possible that it may differ slightly as in all.
and also many more.
Sir once again I am requesting you that pl send me all the rules for filling the form.Also I request you to gime the contact number so that I may call sometime.

Dear sir,
This is Shuaib,a responsible indian citizen, wants a help from you,please help me out. I am using Delhi AIRCEL telecom mobile services and from aircel side I get a call regarding VAS, they people tell me about the offers and after some time services are activated on my number while I did not ask the caller to activate.I lodge a complain but no waiver is given, only the service is deactivated. Apart from this I am overcharged as one paisa for every call but they people say I am not being overcharged.

On dated 24th july 2010,Reliance mobile has deducted Rs30/ as activation charge for live chat package,this i never requested nor i know about such package.As highest authority, what action will be taken at your end to stop such menace by this service provider.This AMBANI Company is doing money by day light robbery and it is surprising that despite various complaints, authority is keeping its eyes shut.
In the morning I see a massage saying
That I have subscribed for cricket and
I will be charged rs 5 every day
And never see a cricket game on tv also
If u do not stop this fooling tricks
And return back my 5 rs
Then I will stop using all the products of ur companies

I am facing the problem that i get gprs network in my handset but homepage & other sides pages can not open.plz solve this problem because this is not my own problem other TataDocome customer in our city also facing the same problem.

I had received a call from tata indicom that a song is activated on your mobile. they were not asking me for that but they were telling me.They did not want to hear my voice.on 02/08/10 I received messages from 12800 that a welcome tune(tere liye) is activated to your mobile & amount of Rs. 40 was deducted from my balance.
I have never applied for it. It was automatically generated by tata indicom.I contacted customer care no. 121,their mail id customercare.delhi@tatatel.co.in,nodalofficer.delhi@tatatel.co.in but there is no positive response from that side
I request you to refund my balance, deactivate welcome tune & take action against this otherwise it will happen in future again & again.
